For the return of the GAYOT Dinner Series, we have chosen to share the evening with chef Barbara Pollastrini of Heroic Deli & Wine Bar in Santa Monica, one of GAYOT’s Best Italian Restaurants in Los Angeles.
Be there at 6 p.m., on July 31, 2019, for a Prosecco sabrage reception by Sophie Gayot herself, during which Cacio e Pepe Arancicni and Lamb Ribs will be served.
Continue the feast with:
– Nonna’s Gnudi
– The Santa Barbara, pasta with live uni and spot prawns with caviar
– then choose between Black Cod Putanesca or Tournedos Rossini.
Finish with the Tipsy Tiramisù or Barolo Panna Cotta.
