Euro-craft beer is just the beginning at The Farmers' Cabinet, a rustic, candlelit gastropub delivering an array of local cheeses, house-made Bavarian-style pretzels and deviled duck eggs, as well as more substantial fare, such as a half-pound burger and smoked leg of lamb. Creative cocktailing includes the likes of Kiss of the Earth, made with vodka, almond milk and lemon grass syrup, and the spooky-sounding Ancestral Spirits, an elixir concocted with tequila and celery syrup. Most at the bar seem to prefer the aforementioned extensive Euro-craft list --- more than 100 in bottles and a changing list of drafts, heavy on Belgium brews.
