| Euro-craft beer is just the beginning at The Farmers' Cabinet, a rustic, candlelit gastropub delivering an array of local cheeses, a decadent fondue and a curried smoked tofu sandwich with so much pizzazz you won’t miss the meat. Creative cocktailing includes the likes of Kiss of the Earth, made with vodka, almond milk and lemon grass syrup, and the spooky-sounding Ancestral Spirits, an elixir concocted with tequila and celery syrup. Most at the bar seem to prefer the extensive Euro-craft list---more than 100 in bottles and a changing list of drafts, heavy on Belgium brews. |
