About the restaurant: Fleur is a globally inspired small-plates concept that offers a culinary tour of the world. (Chef Hubert Keller has since transferred ownership of the restaurant to MGM Resorts.) Natural elements are evident, contributing to a relaxed ambience. Elevated wine racks storing more than 400 international varietals are visible in the dining room.

Food & Drinks: The menu features several selections suitable for sharing, such as the beef tartare tacos and the kushi oysters with shells perched atop sea pebbles, kelp and dry ice, resulting in a striking presentation. A standout dish is the 40-ounce tomahawk rib chop served with shallot sauce. Finishing touches are the unique brownie lollipop, Grand Marnier or chocolate soufflé, and a white chocolate berry bouche. Brunch items include the “hangover” Angus short rib Benedict with crispy potato cake, red wine jus and jalapeño hollandaise.
