Fournos’ chef Ivan Flowers offers a fusion menu of Italian, French and New American fare. We suggest the lobster bisque with porcini mushroom essence, free-range chicken breast Milanese and farfalle caprese. The atmosphere is casual and intimate, but the dining experience is every bit luxurious. The chef also keeps a stash of wines, available only to those who know to ask what other selections are available. With a scant 24 seats, reservations are a must. Leave the plastic at home; it's check or cash only.
