Bountiful buffets at breakfast offer a full complement of meats, cheeses, baked goods, omelets and french toast so rich that it cuts like custard. It's also a power-lunch spot, with a buffet of starters, salads and desserts. Or go for a high-flying, mood-lit French dinner with one of the wines stored in the glass wine cabinets so tall the staff needs a library ladder to reach the top.
