Fu Run Restaurant Review

: Fu Run serves Chinese fare like you’ve never had it. Well, at least if you haven’t been to China’s northern region known as Dongbei (formerly Manchuria). An underrepresented cuisine outside of northern China, Dongbei cooking is meaty and spicy. Fu Run and its attentive servers satisfy the curious diner with dishes like Muslim lamb ribs, fall-off-the-bone tender and doused in cumin, black sesame and chili powder. Crispy fish gets the same cumin-and-chili-pepper treatment with the same good results. Anything that comes in dumpling form (especially the plump, juicy lamb varieties) are worth ordering. Sip a Tsingtao beer and be happy you found this place.
