About the restaurant: Located in the Spa Tower at Bellagio, Harvest is a farm-to-table destination highlighting the best local and regional ingredients. An earthy vibe is achieved via rock walls, a hardwood floor and wood and marble tabletops.
Food & Drinks: Health-conscious starters include baby kale salad with maple-roasted squash, crispy quinoa, smoked almonds and feta. From the grill, we like the rib-eye served with Bourbon steak sauce. Seafood fans might encounter Alaskan halibut with caviar lime butter. A wine list several pages long with 380 choices is matched with a rare beer collection with fine brews such as Dogfish Head World Wide Stout, The Bruery 6 Geese-A-Laying Winter Dark Ale and the Belgian Rodenbach Caractere Rouge.
