Kimoto Rooftop Beer Garden, Brooklyn, NY

Kimoto Rooftop Beer Garden Restaurant Review

: Finding a destination with well-executed food and a killer view is rare. Fortunately, at this rooftop restaurant and beer garden at Aloft New York Brooklyn, the menu rivals the vistas. Sip a craft beer or perhaps an inventive Humidor cocktail, which is a Manhattan until the Campari ice cubes melt; then it becomes a Boulevardier. Nibble your way through the elevated Asian snacks. We like the flavorful creamy curry croquettes, spicy char sui pork sliders, and the Shibuya disco fries (imagine poutine with daikon chili and Sriracha). The PB&J is an inventive and wholly satisfying combination of uni, hazelnut butter and Concord grape jelly resting atop a wasabi cracker.
