Presided over by Bruno Doucet, owner of two other restaurants in Paris, La Régalade and La Régalade Saint-Honoré, this bistro offers good value to business patrons. The headquarters of the French bank BNP Paribas are close to the location, as are other companies. In the contemporary dining room decked out with a counter, a checkered floor and a veranda, customers are treated to traditional dishes prepared with savoir-faire. Signature courses include squid ink risotto with gambas, garlic and creamy cheese; roasted hanger steak with berries, carrots, turnips and mushrooms; and, for dessert, an exquisite rice pudding. A dozen wines are available by the glass. Nice and efficient staff.
