Brillat refers to Brillat-Savarin, a French gastronome. A touch of refinement is displayed in the cozy dining room endowed with bays windows, velvet chairs and comfortable banquettes. The cuisine highlights good ingredients, such as Black Angus beef from the U.S. Several cuts are offered on the menu, such as the filet, the entrecôte or the flank, sided by vegetables or french fries. Whether you like it medium or rare, the oven broiler guarantees an optimum cooking. For a starter, you may opt for the suggestion of the day, a plate of chorizo and hazelnut-scented Bellota sausage, served, unfortunately, in a small portion.
