THIS RESTAURANT EMPORARILY CLOSED The très elegant décor in all its distinguished luxury fits perfectly with the standing of the Hôtel Sofitel Paris Arc de Triomphe. The young chef Thomas Bruno cooks dishes such as scampis cappuccino and crisps, Breton monkfish in Taggiasca olive pastry and poultry tagine.
