Le Severo Restaurant Review:
Helmed by William Bernet, a former butcher, this steakhouse is a sure bet. There are many regulars who shake hands with the staff before taking their seat in the burgundy-toned dining room. Composing the menu are different kinds of prime rib and dry-aged steaks alongside hearty appetizers such as the boned and melting pork foot accompanied with salad. When you order, the waiter doesn’t bother asking for your cooking preference. Without any notice from you, the meat will be served rare, the way true meat lovers enjoy it. The greasy Black Angus prime cut is a treat for the palate, and it comes with onions and french fries. Finish off the meal with a caramel cream. An interesting wine list and tasty farmhouse bread add to the experience.
