Lobsta Truck Restaurant Review

: Inspired by a trip to New England, seafood industry veteran Justin Mi decided to bring a taste of the East Coast to Los Angeles with his Lobsta Truck. The signature “Lobsta Roll” comes in a split-top bun that’s buttered and toasted and filled with fresh lobster meat. (Lobster shipments come 2-3 times a week from Maine and Canada.) Also on the menu are crab rolls, Cape Cod potato chips and New England-inspired clam chowder, along with ice cream cookie sandwiches and whoopie pies for dessert.
