Full-flavored dishes include braised pork shank with carrot nage; fried pork belly with pan-roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash purée; and sweet potato gnocchi with roasted turnips and poached radishes in a brown butter crème fraîche. The appetizer of baked goat cheese roasted in garlic and thyme oil can become addictive, while the beet salad with whipped ricotta and roasted garlic is as attractive as it is wholesomely good.
