Los Gringos Locos appears to be a run-of-the-mill Mexican joint filled with suburban families, but there are many things this place does well. In particular, the tableside-prepared guacamole distinguishes the eatery from most other Mexican spots in the area. Also notable is a shrimp enchilada bathed in a sauce delicately infused with peanuts. Other reliable options include fajitas and carnitas. The margaritas---some big enough to swim in---are more than respectable. If the place wasn’t busy enough, $1.25 tacos on Tuesdays pack in the locals.
