Hidden away behind a non-descript façade in the heart of the Marais, this little Italian restaurant remains the place for risotto in Paris despite Toni Vianello's departure. Today, his former sous-chef continues to execute the cooking of Carnoroli and Arborio rice with mastery, but also sage-infused gnocchis and Milan-style osso bucco. Nice trans-Alpine wines.
