McCrady's Restaurant Review

: Located in a sophisticated space just off East Bay, McCrady’s is one of Charleston’s oldest restaurants. Chef Sean Brock has moved on but the food philosophy remains. The menu is low country to the core, while still appealing to the most well-heeled gourmet's sensibilities. Emphasizing local, artisanal and sustainable food, the dishes vary from day to day depending on availability. Expect such ideas on the multi-course tasting menu as uni paired with puffed rice; a foie gras tart; and duck with pistachio and onion. Chocolate paired with Satsuma and rose might appear for dessert. There is a full wine list as well as craft beers, interesting cocktails and creative non-alcoholic concoctions. Enjoy à la carte dining at McCrady's Tavern.
