Enterprise Fish Co. sports an interior of hardwood floors with a lively bar in front and a glassed-in kitchen. Folks flock here for happy hour specials and, captured by the smell of a mesquite grill, stay for dinner. Opt for the red snapper with basil-lime sauce topped with pine nuts and diced red bell pepper, or the Parmesan-crusted Dover sole covered with cheese that is flash grilled to form a crisp shell, and then lightly drizzled with a lemon-caper beurre blanc. Most of the desserts, including molten chocolate cake, apple crisp and Key lime pie with a graham cracker crust, are made in-house.
