Pies like a Nonna's Focaccia and the signature margherita are traditionally prepared with classic ingredients. Cappellini primavera comes al dente and full of garden-fresh ingredients, while a gnocchi Bolognese arrives with a hearty ragù of veal, pork and beef. Italian desserts include tiramisu and gelato. The wine list runs to well-known Italian regional selections, such as Gavis and Chiantis, along with some finer selections from California and Spain.
