Pabu Boston Restaurant Review

: Millennium Tower Boston in Downtown Crossing is home to Pabu from chefs Michael Mina and Ken Tominaga. The restaurant offers a contemporary interpretation of the izakaya dining experience and the menu features local ingredients such as Maine crab along with sushi and sashimi. Dishes include seared Hudson Valley foie gras as well as Wagyu steaks and robata grilled items. Pabu has a lengthy beverage list with several pages dedicated to saké and Japanese whisky. For dessert, look for the mochi sundae with tapioca and shaved ice. Weekday happy hour brings discounted hand rolls, chicken meatballs and more.
