Paoli’s makes some of the best pizza in the Valley; even folks from Hollywood and downtown have made the trek over the hill for the tasty pies. The signature Alfredo pizza uses butter-rich white sauce instead of the usual tomato sauce, and it’s popular without any topping or with onions and the spicy, homemade sausage. Try the climax pizza, a sausage and pesto pizza with either the tomato or white sauce. The menu also features good pasta, chicken and veal dishes. There’s a full bar, and nightly entertainment includes a piano bar and karaoke seven days a week from 9 p.m.-1:30 a.m.
