THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Paragon Restaurant Restaurant Review:

The moderately priced Paragon Restaurant, near AT&T Park, is a classy venue whether you are going to a game or not. It's an American brasserie with an outdoor patio and a lively bar that’s flanked by a long banquette, tables and a few booths. Reclaimed wood and subway tiles on the walls lend a rustic and industrial quality to the space. Either the fried calamari with lemon-Tabasco aïoli or Caesar is a good starter. Anything on the approachable menu is sure to please, from the grilled skirt steak with “dirty” fries and chimichurri to the daily fish special, which could be salmon with potatoes, snow peas and pine nuts. Among the desserts, you may find churros, sweet corn panna cotta or butter pecan bread pudding. The short wine list highlights California producers, and there are also local beers on draft and specialty cocktails. Stop by during “Recess” (aka happy hour) Mon.-Fri. 3 p.m.-5:30 p.m. for specially priced bar bites and $1 off draft beers, house wines and well drinks.
