In a pretty Brickell Village house set beneath ancient oaks, under which you may dine, the charming southern French Cormouls brothers are dedicated to Provençal cooking and atmosphere. Dine outside in the shade of the trees. Start with pâté or a superb orange-scented smoked duck salad. Lightened Provençal dishes are featured here, although some of the better ones are borrowed from the Italian seaside. Among the Italianesque fare is the pasta with spiced tomato concassé and fruits de mer, a deluxe assortment of delicate seafood. Back to France for delicate ice cream profiteroles. Hardy French red wines complete the picture.
