RED Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review:
At RED Restaurant & Bar in the Pacific Palms Hotel & Conference Center, guests can choose from two different dining environments: the main room decorated in earthy tones, or fireside patio seating overlooking Celebration Lake and the San Gabriel Mountains. Executive chef Simon Volante's menu focuses on 100 percent Midwest corn-fed Prime beef in cuts like bone-in rib-eye, New York and petite filet. Seafood and Asian-inspired dishes include walnut shrimp and five-spice baby-back ribs. Cocktails are popular. Tuesdays and Thursday nights, RED upgrades proceedings with live music from Ashun and the Gerry Rothschild Band.
