With its focus on seasonal contemporary American cuisine with an innovative spin, crafted with locally produced ingredients, Restaurant Thir13en has become a major player in the city's dining scene. Its location within an historic hotel makes for a charming and intimate atmosphere, offset by quirky modern décor and a relaxing outdoor patio. Starters may include seared tuna with tempura avocado and citrus ponzu, and braised pork belly with rocket pesto.
