This Ruby's location sports a view of the Redondo Beach Marina, so we suggest you dine on the patio and take in the ocean vista and sea air. With many outposts, from Los Angeles to Pennsylvania, Ruby's has become a major success story. The original Ruby's in Newport Beach sold hamburgers, fries and cherry Cokes in a '40s atmosphere from an old bait house on the end of the Balboa Pier. The burgers are as popular as ever, and huge salads are also offered.
