![]() : Ruth's Chris Steak House’s menu varies little from one location to the other, and guests can expect a reasonably flavorful steak and fresh seafood. Perennial favorites include shrimp rémoulade and the Creole barbecued shrimp, both well-executed versions of the dishes, albeit presented somewhat differently from traditional dictates in each case. Steaks are served on a plate that's been heated to 500 degrees, so request a doneness level that's slightly less than what you prefer, as you will cut and cook each bite of the meat as you enjoy it. The rib-eye is the best choice for a solo diner, while a porterhouse for two is a pretty good deal. Bread pudding with whiskey sauce is the ideal dessert in this environment. The wine list doesn't generate much excitement, but there are serviceable choices by the glass and the bottle. Other locations. |
