Salaya Restaurant Review:

In Los Feliz at the edge of Thai Town is this authentic, all-vegan Thai restaurant that’s women owned. Look for creative dishes like deep-fried corn cakes with sweet-and-sour cucumber sauce, seaweed quinoa balls, and snap pea salad with black chili tamarind sauce. Meatless classics include pad Thai, eggplant larb, spicy garlic noodles, panang curry, and pad prik khing. Entrées come with a choice of tofu, vegan chicken, vegan pepper steak or mixed vegetables. There’s even a crispy soy chicken sandwich topped with slaw, pickled cabbage, Fresno chili and buffalo sauce.
