Chef Dan Smulovitz relocated from Israel to Los Angeles and has developed a new iteration of Savida, here highlighting raw bar offerings instead of charcoal grilled dishes. Menu items might range from flounder ceviche with aji amarillo, red onion and cilantro to lobster roll sliders accented with coconut cream and lemongrass.
