THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED supperclub Restaurant Review:

A dining concept originally started in Amsterdam, supperclub has taken root in the Vogue Theatre along Hollywood Boulevard's Walk of Fame, well-suited for the adventurous seeking a different type of night out on the town. Pop sculptures and artsy, sleek bars decorate le foyer noir and le bar rouge where guests are greeted, explain their food allergies to the staff, get a "boarding pass" and sip interesting cocktails, like ashram galactica, a mix of vanilla vodka and Thai iced tea. Diners are led into la salle neige, the large, modern, nearly-completely white main space of the theater, where they remove their shoes and recline on platform "beds" while they sip and sup. The staff, dressed in revealing "Moulin Rouge" type costumes, serves everyone the same four-course menu, which is kept secret, although there is also a vegan option. The open kitchen is on stage, but is not that dramatic to watch, as it prepares items like tuna tartare, onion soup, steak, vegetable torte, and lavender crème brûlée. Diners are entertained, however, by an assortment of singers, dancers, gymnasts and aerialists reminiscent of a smaller-scale Cirque du Soleil, a DJ, video projections, laser lights, and each other, as customer interaction with the performers is encouraged. After dinner, the theater turns into a dance club. If you're looking for something low-key, there's the adjacent Writers Room, from the same owners as supperclub.
