Theía is the first restaurant from entrepreneur and real estate developer Max Simon. Drawing inspiration from Mykonos, the Fairfax District restaurant offers modern Mediterranean fare from chef Moises Placencia. Theía offers takeout and to-go orders, available via Uber Eats, Postmates and Caviar; as well as outdoor dining on the patio for dinner and brunch.
