The ambience may be Irish pub, but the grub is modern American and sophisticated at that. Making things even better are the spectacular views of New York City just across the Hudson. Start with a salad of blackened shrimp, spinach and avocado with blue cheese dressing, then move on to an entrée such as the crispy skin salmon served with tomato-oregano beurre blanc and rice pilaf. Finish with the trio of Trinity crème brûlées.
