Tuscany Restaurant Review:

A breezy trattoria setting with hand-painted tiles, terra cotta-toned floors and a tree-shaded patio, coupled with the aroma of bread baking in a wood-burning oven, makes this a lovely choice for Italian dining. The wine list is extensive by Salt Lake standards, with hundreds of selections carefully chosen to match the Italian bistro cuisine. The food can be inconsistent, but the salads, wood oven-roasted meats like the Tuscan double-cut pork chop with balsamic roasted red onion reduction, and herb-crusted beef carpaccio are standouts, as are the house-made pastas.
