In Hollywood, Beso has flipped into Viva Hollywood, dishing up Mexican fare in glamorous surroundings. Chef Raymond Alvarez turns out the likes of ceviche tostadas, steamed clams with Spanish chorizo, upscale tacos and mains such as seabass Veracruzana, chicken mole, turkey chile relleno and smoked chimichurri skirt steak. A cocktail menu, courtesy of Erik Weatherford, includes the "Afterglow" made with earl grey-infused Botanist gin, lime, lavender and rosemary.
