A cottage-style exterior leads to an elegant interior accented by white tablecloths and floral arrangements. Well-executed dishes feature creative twists on French classics. Start with escargots cooked in parsley and garlic butter and a terrine of Hudson Valley foie gras served with citrus marmalade and toasted brioche. Among entrées, an Icelandic cod prepared sous-vide with a sauté of mushrooms, spinach, fingerlings and Dijon mustard sauce demonstrates classic French preparation, while pan-roasted breast and confit leg of Long Island duck with black rice, baby bok choy and blood orange sauce showcases a fusion of Asian ingredients and French execution.
