This minimalist-looking sandwich shop from chef Tom Colicchio is in the Chelsea hinterlands but is worth the trek, offering everything from marinated white anchovies with soft-cooked egg, roasted onion, salsa verde and frisée on country bread; meatloaf with cheddar, bacon and tomato relish on ciabatta roll; and olive oil poached shrimp salad with cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, croutons and organic arugula with creamy herb dressing.
