ZinBurger Restaurant Review:
Fox Restaurant Concepts’ ZinBurger sets the bar when it comes to high-end burgers in Tucson. Home of the original restaurant, ZinBurger (there are two in town and others across the country) serves Certified Angus burgers with a full array of toppings. The Sam Burger has the basics: apple wood-smoked bacon, American cheese, Thousand Island dressing and lettuce; the El Diablo fires it up with roasted jalapeños, chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese and caramelized onions. A turkey Sloppy Joe is decked out with roasted poblanos, some more of those delectable onions and mayo. All burgers are served on buttery buns made exclusively for ZinBurger. Sides rock; we like the zucchini fries. And if one of the nicely paired wines isn’t your thing, try one of the shakes. Banana Royale, anyone?
