15th Street Fisheries Restaurant Review: 15th Street Fisheries is really two restaurants in one: A formal upstairs, decorated in Victorian style and serving fresh fish, pastas such as seafood cannelloni and exotic game like kangaroo and ostrich filets. Then there's a cozier, less pretentious, lounge-like area downstairs offering a budget menu of alligator burgers, buckets of spicy peel-'n-eat shrimp, and a freshly fried fish sandwich. Opened in 1979, the Fisheries sits on the Intracoastal, which makes the somewhat standard fare taste a little bit better.
