28°-50° Restaurant Review: From the team at Texture, this smart wine bar in a basement space in the City is about high quality, more unusual wines. Fifteen red and fifteen white are offered by the glass, carafe and bottle from a frequently changing list. Matching these is a clever selection of dishes, running from a sharing plate of charcuterie to smoked salmon or oysters, with mains of lamb rump with wild garlic polenta or good meats from the grill. There’s an all-day menu as well. Cheeses from La Fromagerie complete the deal. It’s all very well done and this is a delightful place for lunch or a more leisurely dinner.
