 6ix Park Grill Restaurant Review: Located inside the Hyatt Regency Irvine, 6ix Park Grill offers seasonal breakfasts, lunches and dinners in a handsome setting full of warm woods and white tablecloths. Chef Ted Hill oversees the kitchen, and his skillful use of the venue’s wood-fired grill is evident in many of the restaurant's signature items. Lead off dinner with the fried green tomatoes topped with goat cheese and a raspberry-blackberry jam. Those looking for greens will want to dive into the classically prepared Caesar salad. Don’t miss the sesame-saké marinated Chilean sea bass, diver scallops, and top sirloin steak accompanied by a duo of wood-fire grilled beefsteak tomato and portobello mushroom. Intriguing accompaniments, such as bacon coconut rice, barley risotto and herb quinoa, provide a fun, unique depth to entrées as well. At lunch, try the Wagyu beef burger or a wood-fired pizza. The reasonable three-course prix-fixe menu features top sirloin, grilled salmon or chicken for the main course. The lounge menu, wine list and specialty cocktails are all palate- and wallet-friendly. |
