THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Ace-in-the-Hole Pub Restaurant Review

: After a hardcore day of Sonoma County wine tasting, you may crave anything but grape juice with dinner. How about apple juice? Hard apple cider, to be exact, with a punch of five percent alcohol. The green warehouse next to a tractor company doesn’t look like much. But it holds a laid-back watering hole with pints, pitchers and flights of refreshing on-tap ciders, from hallmark apple, to blends with pear, local wildflower honey, or blackberry. Along with, order a plate-load of sweet cider-marinated ribs or Hog Island oysters from the barbecue shack on the patio. Go Continental with bangers and sausage rolls. And what better way to get your regimen of peas and carrots than tucked into savory puff pastry pies like the classic chicken curry or beef and potato? Crowd-pleasing pizzas also hit the spot.
