Ahh Sushi! offers plentiful and flavorful sushi in an airy, modern atmosphere. Unfortunately, however, this Jeremy Ranch eatery suffers from the same condition as its older Salt Lake City sister---slow service. Even with minimally-occupied tatami rooms and patio seats, it still may take two-plus hours for the selections of Las Vegas, death, spider and mars rolls to appear. The server may float miso soup, crisp tempura veggies and tender beef yakitoris your way to calm the hunger pangs but what’s really needed is for the sushi chefs to step it up. Prices are reasonable.
