A neighborhood Japanese restaurant with some serious potential: good, healthy portions of sushi but terribly slow service.

Ahh Sushi! Restaurant Review

: Ahh Sushi! offers plentiful and flavorful sushi in an airy, modern atmosphere. Unfortunately, however, this Jeremy Ranch eatery suffers from the same condition as its older Salt Lake City sister---slow service. Even with minimally-occupied tatami rooms and patio seats, it still may take two-plus hours for the selections of Las Vegas, death, spider and mars rolls to appear. The server may float miso soup, crisp tempura veggies and tender beef yakitoris your way to calm the hunger pangs but what’s really needed is for the sushi chefs to step it up. Prices are reasonable.

Changes?

It doesn't seem like anything has changed, in fact it seemed much worse. I can't even give props for the sushi. If you are someone that knows anything about quality and fresh fish I would not recommend this place. It looks like they just threw something on my plate, no real sushi training going on here! It was really dissatisfying. I will not ever go back.

:D Things have changed since the posted review...........we found the place wonderful......great sushi, creative specials, and a service team ready to please. The chef, a wonderful fella named Issy, went out of his way to make our evening special. Prices were very reasonable, staff super friendly, and plenty of parking. Give them a try........you will be back.
