AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar Restaurant Review: Overlooking Destin Harbor, AJ's Club Bimini is the place to see the sunset over a plate of Oysters AJ (oysters baked with jalapeños, Monterey Jack and bacon). AJ's charter fleet offers daily trips into shallow or deep waters to hunt for grouper, amberjack and wahoo---the kitchen will cook your catch straight off the line. If you haven't caught your own, try the fried fish sandwiches or the shrimp po' boy. Nothing's going to win any culinary awards, but it tastes mighty good washed down with a Bimini Bash, a powerful concoction of cranberry, orange and pineapple juices with a five-rum roundhouse punch. |
