Alegria Restaurant Review: Attached to its parent restaurant, Bazin’s on Church, this small eatery fills up fast with crowds looking to toss back a few margaritas (try the drink mixed with pomegranate juice) and down some creative Tex-Mex small plates. Standout dishes include the sweet plantains drizzled with homemade cultured cream, shredded short ribs enchiladas, and chipotle duck quesadillas. Of course, it’s best to come with a group of friends; that way, you can work your way through most of the menu and still have room for an order of tres leches cake. Tequila-lovers take note: Alegria offers quite a selection.
