Amelia's Kitchen Restaurant Review: This family-run Italian bistro in Somerville's Teele Square offers traditional home-style favorites such as panini made with focaccia baked on-site, gourmet pizzette, pastas and risottos. Start with a taste of Sicily with the arancini, softball-size and filled with saffron arborio risotto, mozzarella, ground beef, green peas and marinara sauce. We also suggest the toasted ravioli filled with ricotta and basil. Chicken Marsala is made even better with the addition of prosciutto and sage while lobster ravioli in a saffron cream sauce is satisfying. The rustic apple galette served hot and topped with vanilla ice cream may round out the meal. A small wine list is available with the majority of vintages hailing from Italy. |
