This festive, family-owned cantina, offers authentic Tex-Mex, with the expected fare on the menu: nachos, quesadillas, chimichangas, burritos, tacos and enchiladas, along with owner Nell Hyltin's legendary recipe for homemade chili rellenos. Our hands-down favorite is the hearty chicken and beef fajita platter, served with grilled onions and bell peppers and generous portions of sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, shredded cheese and lettuce, ready to wrap in the warm flour tortillas. Ask for the special hot-hot salsa. The drink of choice is a margarita, frozen or on the rocks. The specially designed margarita machine can pump out 1,500 drinks an hour.
