Anchor Bar’s iconic wings come in traditional flavors of mild, medium, hot, spicy-hot barbecue and suicidal; and Vegas-exclusive flavors of honey-ginger, salt and pepper, teriyaki sesame and extra mild. In addition, a mix of East Coast favorites are served, including beef on weck (thinly sliced roast beef dipped in au jus), chicken cheesesteak and Buffalo chips (tossed in AB sauce and spicy cheese sauce). An exclusive ice cream bar is created by local gelato impresario Luciano Pellegrino, with menu items such as handcrafted carrot and celery sorbetto pops. A selection of beer, wine and cocktails is served, including Brooklyn Brown Ale and Genesee Cream Ale.
