Anna Bell's Restaurant Review: Located in The Navy Yard at Noisette, North Charleston’s sustainable urban community, Anna Bell’s is a good pit-stop for a no-frills, reasonably priced meal. Owner Chris Kincaid’s zippy bare-bones restaurant stars in a rehabbed warehouse, and has a small kitchen and a dedicated staff. At breakfast, omelet specials and flapjacks rival Benedicts with a Southern slant. The Rockville Bene comprises shrimp, green onions and mushrooms over grits cakes, topped with a just-right Cajun cream sauce. Such sandwiches as the Taylor Made Cuban are served with a fresh-cut mix of sweet and regular potato chips --- all made each morning in-house. Your burger might be built from beef, chicken, shrimp or black beans.
