In its pleasant atmosphere, you can sip wine from the well-priced list, and enjoy any number of small plates---as a snack or a full meal. Ansill is extremely innovative, and he has a passion for organ meats and game, so expect lamb’s tongue or venison tartare---all served attractively. Fear not, there are many choices for the faint of heart as well. A late night menu, featuring dishes such as steak tartare and veggie panino, is served until 1 a.m. Monday through Saturday.
